[GAIJIN UPDATE] THE CANDY SPOOKY THEATER, GPK, and SiSeN - Pandemonium Tour Vol 1. Update

Here is another update about the Pandemonium Tour this year! As some of you already know, THE CANDY SPOOKY THEATER (who is celebrating their 10th anniversary this year), Gothique Prince Ken and DJ SiSeN are all headlining a North American tour called "Pandemonium Tour Vol.1". Now, we have some more information about what's going on as well as a list of the approved tour dates and venues!

Nexus Productions, in association with Neon Promotions and Tainted Reality will be hosting the tour in different regions of North America, bringing you a more "dance club experience with a Halloween theme" and, because of the Halloween theme, attendees are encouraged to wear their Halloween best, as there will be open costume contests at all stops, rewarding the spookiest, craziest Halloween costumes with an extensive Pandemonium Tour prize package!

Pandemonium will also be showcasing guest performers at several stops including DJ Mighty Mike Saga, Ignite Violet, and DJ Super Sonic. Music at all parties will be a mix of EDM, Industrial, Electro, EBM, Chiptunes, Dubstep, and House.

[GAIJIN UPDATE] Psycho-Pass Anime Second Season & Film Confirmed

The Noitamina website has officially confirmed that in addition to a second season of Psycho-Pass the anime, a film will also be produced by Production I.G. A combined trailer was screened on Friday’s Psycho-Pass screening event at Tokyo.

Mitsuhisa Ishikawa CEO of Production I.G acknowledged that a second season is in the works during this year’s Anime Expo in July at Los Angeles. He also hinted that there will be an “important announcement” for the fans at the screening event.
 
Psycho-Pass is a psychological action anime series by Production I.G. directed by Naoyoshi SHIOTANI (Blood Series, Ghost in Shell,Elfen Lied) and written by Urobuchi Gen (Fate/Series & Suisei no Gargantia) The story takes place in the future where it is possible to instantaneously measure a person's mental state, personality, and the probability that a person will commit crimes with a device installed on each citizen's body called the Psycho-Pass. It follows members of Unit One of the Public Safety Bureau's Criminal Investigation Division and the crimes they investigates.

[GAIJIN UPDATE] Kyary Pamyu Pamyu To Release New Single And To Embark On A WORLD TOUR!

Kyary Pamyu Pamyu has announced the release of 7th single on Nov. 6th. The title of the forthcoming release still isn’t confirmed. More information will be unveiled soon.
The singer has also revealed the information about an upcoming WORLD TOUR in 2014 and confirmed dates for US and Canada. She is also planning to perform in the UK (London), France, Taiwan, South Korea, Singapore and Thailand. Starting from Sept. 7th Kyary Pamyu Pamyu is on the nationwide tour. In January she will perform 2-days final show at Yokohama Arena, the venue of capacity of 12 000 people. Show will be hold on Jan. 18th and 19th.

[GAIJIN UPDATE] Perfume: New Album “LEVEL3” & Video “1mm”

Electro-pop girl band Perfume have recently announced the release of a new album “LEVEL3” on October 2nd. Limited Edition of the upcoming release will consist of CD and DVD with 3 videos. Video part will include the music video “1mm”, the video “Perfume no tada tada radio gasuki da kara RADIO!”, and the live show “Zutto suki dattanjyake-sasurai no men kata Perfume FES!!”, where Perfume competed on three different “Zepp” venues with artists: Kazuyoshi Saito, Tamio Okuda and the band Maximum The Hormone!
The combination of the bands is merely incredible. It’s so Japanese to put on one stage such different genre bands and conduct the genre “battles” between the non-combination bands, like between the monsters of hard-core/metal-core scene Maximum the Hormone and electro-pop idol band Perfume. Nevertheless, it is the most curious thing about Japanese music culture.

[GAIJIN UPDATE] GACKT, Resmi Gabung 'Bima Satria Garuda'

Lewat kabar dari Pencipta tokoh Bima, Reino R. Barack di Twitternya, @reinobarack , pada Kamis (5/9), akhirnya kabar tersebut terealisasikan. GACKT pun dikabarkan akan berada di Jakarta pada 22 September nanti.
"Sesuai janji saya, @GACKT  datang ke Jakarta mulai tanggal 22 Sept untuk main di beberapa episode @bsatriagaruda  !!!" kicau pria yang mengidolai Kamen Rider ini.
GACKT sendiri sebelumnya pernah tampil dalam film spesial Kamen Rider Decade, yang dirilis 2010 lalu.
Bakal jadi siapa ya pria bernama lengkap Kamui Gakuto ini?

[GAIJIN UPDATE] New Members Left MUCC After Only Two Weeks

Only a few days ago we talked about the two new members who joined MUCC on August 17th. Everyone was wondering if this is a time-limited project or if those new members are permanent members. Today the band gave us an answer on that question: DEAN and Hancho have already left the band.
DEAN pointed out that his family didn't know about the fact that he joined MUCC. They found out when he appeared in the television show "rock kyodai" a few days ago. His mother got angry and he decided that it's better to leave the band under these circumstances.
Hancho didn't really give a reason for leaving but stated: "I made my dream of being a member of MUCC come true. Now I want to go back to being a fan."
Some of you have already expected that this would be only a time-limited project. But what do you think about the fact that they've left MUCC after only two weeks?

[GAIJIN UPDATE] SAVAGE Announces New Single "RUSALII"

On August 29th SAVAGE gave their first live after coming back from hiatus that lasted 8 months. Now they've revealed that they will release a brand new single in October!
The title of that new single is "RUSALII" and it will drop on October 16th. If you're in Japan at the beginning of October you'll get the chance to buy it in advance at their live on October 4th.
The single costs 1260 Yen and includes the following three songs: "RUSALII", "zankokue" and "R.I.P".
And they've also announced their first one man live! It will be held at Ikebukuro BlackHole on December 13th.
